Every tradition has it's healers and the queer tribe or men who love men have often throughout the ages been the bridge-builders between the worlds Join us in exploring these rituals of celebrating the trifecta of life,death and rebirth.
Facing our death is a liberation. It allows us to feel more fully alive in the present. In these times of great change, honoring our bodies and our transition (from this embodied consciousness to the next) will support us to show up in the now. We all carry some stories about death and dying that impact our lives in so many ways. Expanding our capacity to love bigger for ourselves opens us to more pleasure in all the intimacies of life.
We have planned three workshop to playfully explore death and dying so we might experience life more fully.
You may attend all three parts or join us for only one or two.
These workshops are based on inviting you to experiences of pleasure, reflection and a sense of rebirth.
June 11th
June 11 is the first workshop drawing on many traditions especially Tantra to open up to self pleasure and even having a sense of climax or an orgasm called mini death in French. Coaching us in mindful masturbation and breathing for this part especially will be Nico Vilches. Brother Nico or Hermano Nico, a Chicago born Chilean, raised massage therapist and bodyworker with experience in non-Western modalities.
After our release of energy, we will practice prepare the body by annointing,bathing and using cloth strips to mummify the body. Then briefly processing this journey experience in a community of loving men.

July 16th
July 16th workshop will again be about infusing a "death-rebirth mask" with the energy and pleasure for your crossing over. After breathwork exercises the celebrant (brother practicing death) and being held the intimate process of applying plaster of paris strips to face. Each man will be asked to set an intention to infuse their mask as he has men caress his naked body while mask sets on his face. Drake Bear Stephen will help assist as well in part of this ritual. Drake Bear is an author, somatic healer,shamanic energy medicine practitioner and hypnotherapist. These experiences will have short process times to see what opened up for you.

Aug 13th, the third all day session, will be about training and experiencing an ecstatic massage. Drawing from many ecstatic traditions,especially Taoism to not release the chi but to spread the energy for a sense of full bodied orgasm rather than genital. In this massage breathwork, full body pleasuring and sound to take the man on the table into a journey that celebrates his/their life, death and rebirth. Dr. Kirk Prine and Donny Lobree are the facilitators
