Leadership Training: Intake Interviews

This is a segment reviewing the process of an intake interview for brothers in Flesh & Spirit who wish to accumulate hours to be certified as an intake interviewer and facilitator of the Peaceful Warrior workshop.

Included in this training:

• Peaceful Warrior practice sessions
• 1/2 hour overview
• 1 1/2 hours actively observing an intake interview
  

In this observation process the observer will be asked to note three categories of information:
I. Intake procedures
II. Owning the interview with your personal style while preserving the content and educational material of the interview.
III. Acknowledging your strengths, emotions, issues / concerns that arise a you see yourself being the interviewer.
